Enrolment process

OVERVIEW
Every school will have their individual enrolment process. For the shortlisted schools you are considering for your child, we recommend that you reach out to them to find out their individual process.

At ۶app we have a few options:

  • enrolling students in Year 7 within the cut-off date
  • enrolling students in Years 8 – 12, or Year 7 after the cut-off date
  • enrolling International students (click here to learn more)

Enrolling Students in Year 7.

It is vital to apply for Year 7 when your child is in Grade 5. Applications for Year 7 close mid-August each year. Please note that enrolments for Year 7 are processed by the College when your child is in Grade 5, and not prior. You will need to wait until your child is in Grade 5 to apply at our school.

The steps below outline how to apply to enrol at ۶app.

2. Submit your completed application form.
3. The College will conduct interviews for all applicants.
4. Enrolment and waiting list offers will be sent to families.

Enrolling Students in Years 8 – 12 or Year 7 after the cut-off date

If you are considering enrolling a student to join our College in Years 8 – 12 or Year 7 after the cut-off date, we recommend you first get in contact with our College Registrar. They can be reached on (03) 9296 5311 or registrar@cccc.vic.edu.au

The Registrar will be able to discuss with you the likeliness of a spot becoming available, and whether we can cater for your child’s needs. If it’s decided that there is a possibility of a position becoming available, these are the steps.

2. Submit your completed application form.
3. The Student will be placed on a waitlist
4. Should a position become available, families will be invited for an interview. There is no guarantee of a position without an interview
5. Students will either receive a Letter of Enrolment or be placed back on the waiting list
